CONTACT TANDM

SCHEDULE A CONFIDENTIAL CONVERSATION. NO OBLIGATION. NO PITCH.

TANDM works with a small number of founder-led service businesses at any time. Conversations are confidential by default. The initial conversation is structured to determine whether TANDM is the right fit for your situation rather than to pitch you on an engagement. If TANDM is the right fit, we'll say so. If not, we'll say that too and where relevant, recommend other firms or resources that would fit better.

    SEND A MESSAGE

Fill out the form below. One of the Jumpmasters will respond within two business days.

    REACH A SPECIFIC JUMPMASTER

Each Jumpmaster handles different types of conversations.

For founders who already know which Jumpmaster fits their situation, direct contact is available. The form above is the recommended starting point for most inquiries because it surfaces context that helps route the conversation, but direct contact paths exist for situations where founders already know the right Jumpmaster.

TANDM confidentiality how inbound inquiry information is handled

    WHAT HAPPENS WITH YOUR INFORMATION

Inbound inquiries are confidential Here's what that means specifically

TANDM treats inbound inquiry information as confidential by default. Your name, company, situation description, and any other information shared in the inquiry conversation is not shared with third parties, is not used for marketing list construction, is not added to public client references, and is not disclosed to current or prospective TANDM clients without your explicit permission.

For founders concerned about market intelligence competitors learning that you're considering exit preparation, acquirers learning that you're preparing for transaction, or clients drawing conclusions from your TANDM engagement the confidentiality discipline extends to the engagement itself. We do not publish named client lists. We do not announce engagements publicly. We do not share that a specific founder is in conversation with us with anyone outside the TANDM team.

The only exception to the default confidentiality is the standard legal exception we comply with court orders, regulatory requests, and other legally compelled disclosures. We will inform you if any such disclosure is requested unless legally prohibited from doing so.

    THE PROCESS

Three to five business days from message to scheduled conversation

After you submit the form (or directly contact a Jumpmaster), the process typically runs over three to five business days. Within two business days, one of the Jumpmasters responds usually the one whose lens fits your situation, sometimes a different Jumpmaster if the situation suggests a different fit. The response either schedules an initial conversation directly or asks a few clarifying questions to determine the right starting point.

The initial conversation is typically 30–45 minutes by video. It is structured around understanding your situation rather than pitching an engagement current state of the business, exit horizon or strategic goals, current operational maturity, specific challenges and opportunities, and what kind of engagement structure (if any) would fit. By the end of the conversation, we will recommend either a specific TANDM engagement structure as the right starting point, no engagement (if TANDM is not the right fit for your situation), or further conversation to gather more context before recommending.

The initial conversation is free. There is no follow-up sales sequence. If we recommend an engagement and you decide to proceed, the next step is typically a Ground Check (six-to-eight-week diagnostic, $15K–$25K). If we don't recommend an engagement or you decide TANDM isn't the right fit, the conversation ends cleanly with no follow-up pressure.
