Brian led mergers and acquisitions at Omnicom DAS through its 1-to-36-office expansion across eight countries. Over that decade-plus on the buyer side of Digital Agencies and Professional Businesses M&A, Brian closed dozens of acquisitions, sat in hundreds of diligence sessions, and saw firsthand which dimensions produced premium-priced transactions and which gaps got discounted.
His TANDM work focuses on the M&A preparation workstream Phase 6 of the Exit-Ready Method™, data room construction, mock diligence, and the specific dimensions strategic acquirers underwrite. He runs engagements with founders 12–24 months from a planned transaction.
