    Brian led mergers and acquisitions at Omnicom DAS through its 1-to-36-office expansion across eight countries. Over that decade-plus on the buyer side of Digital Agencies and Professional Businesses M&A, Brian closed dozens of acquisitions, sat in hundreds of diligence sessions, and saw firsthand which dimensions produced premium-priced transactions and which gaps got discounted.

    His TANDM work focuses on the M&A preparation workstream Phase 6 of the Exit-Ready Method™, data room construction, mock diligence, and the specific dimensions strategic acquirers underwrite. He runs engagements with founders 12–24 months from a planned transaction.

    Brian writes regularly about Digital Agencies and Professional Businesses M&A patterns and speaks at industry events on the operational dimensions that drive multiple expansion in service business exits.

    JoAnna Dettmann

    JoAnna built and sold tSunela after building and operating three CrossFit gyms before that. She has lived the founder-led service business exit firsthand the operational work, the structural restructuring, the diligence process, the post-acquisition integration.

    Her TANDM work focuses on the operational consulting practice Phases 2–5 of the Exit-Ready Method™, business systems work, leadership development, owner independence. She runs engagements with founders earlier in the journey who are doing the operational preparation work before the transaction-specific preparation.

    JoAnna brings the founder's lens to every engagement what the work actually feels like from inside the business, not just what it looks like from outside.

    Hamid is the author of 7-Figure Agency Mindset A–Z and has mentored 100+ founders of Digital Agencies and Professional Businesses through the operational journey of building beyond founder dependency. He has scaled multiple Digital Agencies and Professional Businesses past seven figures and has worked directly with founders on the specific operational patterns that distinguish growth-stage Digital Agencies and Professional Businesses from practices that never quite get out of the founder-dependent stage.

    His TANDM work focuses on the cohort programs the Jumpmaster Cohort tier and the community work that supports founders through the operational journey.

    Hamid runs the founder cohorts that bring 8–12 founders together for six-month structured programs and the local Jumpmaster meetups that connect founders working on the same operational challenges.
